What happens next
Every message is read by a person. Corrections to a schedule are checked against the official sources and, if confirmed, applied - usually within a few days - and the country page's "last verified" date is updated. Feature suggestions go on our list. If you left an email address and asked for a reply, we will get back to you.

We cannot give medical advice or comment on an individual child. If your question is about a symptom, a delayed dose, or catching up, please contact your GP, practice nurse, health visitor or paediatrician, who can see your child's records.
