How to choose and read a schedule
Every country here has a schedule built from its official government immunisation programme and cross-checked against at least two further independent sources. If your country is not yet listed, it is because we have not been able to confirm its schedule across enough reliable public sources to publish it responsibly - let us know and we will prioritise it.
Each schedule is organised by the child's age, from birth to around 16. Tap a milestone to see the vaccines given then, the diseases they prevent, and why they are timed that way. On every country page you can enter your child's date of birth to turn the schedule into a personal checklist with estimated dates and calendar reminders.
Schedules change - here is how we keep up
National schedules are updated every few years: a country moves to a single-dose HPV schedule, adds a meningococcal B or ACWY dose, or changes the age of a booster. An automated job re-checks every source link on this site on the first of each month and flags anything that has moved or changed, and each country page is dated with its last full review.
